Delivery charges & timings
One flat charge per zone, whatever the order is worth and whatever it weighs. No thresholds and no weight tiers — you know what delivery costs before you start.
| Where | Arrives | Charge |
|---|---|---|
| Dhaka & Chattogram | Within 72 hours | ৳ 70 |
| Rest of Bangladesh | 4 working days | ৳ 130 |
| Express — Dhaka only | Next working day | ৳ 150 |
- Perishables ship cold-chain at no extra charge. It is part of what you are buying, not an add-on.
- Gazipur and Narayanganj are billed at the Rest of Bangladesh rate.
- Bulk / B2B orders are quoted per shipment — request a quote.
Returns & refunds
We want you to be confident in every purchase.
- Unopened, non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Perishables, opened cosmetics, and cut-to-order industrial materials are non-returnable for safety reasons, unless faulty.
- If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with authenticity concerns, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or full refund.
When your money comes back
Your refund returns by the same route you paid. We approve within 2 working days of the item reaching us — the times below start from that approval.
| You paid with | Refund goes to | After approval |
|---|---|---|
| bKash | The same bKash number | 5 working days |
| Nagad | The same Nagad number | 5 working days |
| Card | The Visa/Mastercard you used | 7–10 working days |
| Cash on Delivery | bKash, Nagad, or a bank account you nominate | 5 working days |
Card refunds are slowest because the issuing bank controls the final step. We release our side within 2 working days either way.
How to start a return
Email returns@gulfrabit.com or use Contact with your order number and reason. We’ll arrange pickup where available.
Shelf life and storage
Every pack carries its own best-before date, and we do not ship anything with less than half its life left. Dates, dry fruits and nuts keep best sealed in a cool cupboard; raw honey may crystallise, which is honey behaving normally and not a fault — stand the jar in warm water. Cold-pressed oils and ghee should stay out of direct light.
